Elite Fulfillment Solutions is equipped to handle bin, carton and pallet storage in free-standing floor or rack locations. We have 100,000 square feet of space (more than 5,500 pallet positions) and can load/unload at floor level or dock-high. From a few pallets to an entire rack, EFS can handle your storage needs.
EFS has 24/7 monitored security and we deploy cameras all around the facility to capture activity at all times.
Pick, Pack & Fulfillment
EFS is prepared to handle your B2C or B2B orders in the most efficient manner possible. We can import orders directly into our warehouse management software from all of the major eCommerce back-ends including Amazon, Shopify, Volusion, Magento and Big Commerce. We also integrate with the major EDI providers including SPS, DiCentral, True Commerce, B2B Gateway and Spring Systems.
We pick, pack and fulfill almost all orders within 1 business day of receipt and can rush same day shipments upon request. Once picked and staged, all orders are QC checked prior to shipping. We stock a variety of shipping cartons, polymailers, packing materials and pallets capable of handling any size shipment quickly. And our Customer Service team is dedicated to handle order processing and client-service needs.
Kitting & Shrink-Wrapping
Elite Fulfillment will stage, assemble, build and deliver just about any type of customized kit you can imagine. Kits like P.O.P. displays, gift bags, premium items, brand literature, benefits packages and direct marketing kits. From a couple hundred to many thousands, we can handle your program. In fact, we do so many kitting projects we decided to create a distinct business - PackKits. We carved out a 10,000 sf space and created a dedicated team for PackKits.
If you want to seal the kit in a clean and professional looking manner, we have shrink-wrap capabilities in-house.
Company Store Program
Promotional Products Distributors want to provide corporate stores in which all the buyers of branded merchandise within a company can come to order products for events, trade shows, product introductions or other uses. Clients want an employee store where employees can order low quantities of product when needed and not have to wait for the marketing team to organize the next big order.
EFS is perfectly suited to handle the storage, pick, pack and shipping for company stores. Our order software integrates directly with eCommerce solutions including those dedicated to the promo business (SAGE, Bright Stores, Web Jaguar, etc.) and our shipping volume provides for the most efficient delivery costs available. The challenge is volume… most company stores don’t produce enough order volume to be a fit. In general, stores should average 50+ orders a week to work well within our system.
Inventory Control
EFS will store your products in a safe and secure environment. As products are received the data are imported directly into our warehouse management software. As orders are processed the inventory is removed immediately via the software. If you're selling via an online store, inventory activity is automatically pushed to your site for real-time updates so you never miss a sale.
Our warehouse management software allows for automated notifications to be sent when inventory is received, packages are shipped and delivered and when stock is low. In addition, clients are provided web-based login to run reports for inventory, item activity, shipping activity and more whenever convenient for them.
Shipping & Logistics
We ship more than 600,000 small packages a year and more than 2,000,000 pounds of LTL freight. With this volume we are able to pass along significant shipping discounts with USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and a variety of freight providers. Our internal software allows us to shop pricing across carriers and select the most cost-effective option for clients. In addition, our warehouse management software integrates directly with the carriers' software so tracking notification is automatically pulled and sent as the shipment leaves the warehouse.
