We schedule our own freight and one of our carriers missed a pickup appointment at EFS. Our client would not budge on the delivery date despite the carrier misstep. On a Friday afternoon the Elite team demonstrated the professionalism to reach out and call me to let me know the carrier was falling behind on the second pickup attempt - 30 mins late on a Friday afternoon with Dallas traffic wasn’t looking good for my odds that the order would get out the door.
